Day 19 - All puppies eyes are open and they are starting to get around the whelping box - Time to slowly start weaning -This is a photo of their first feed today.

9-10-13 - Pups are 3 weeks old and all very alert.

Day 21 - Happy to see me. Need to put the door on the whelping box.

Day 25 - Pups starting to eat very hydrated puppy food.

Day 25 - very hot 37 here. Lotte trying to get cool laying in the front door.

Rearranged the whelping box so pups can now get out to feed without escaping. Still in our bedroom with the air-con.

Well the pups are almost 8 weeks and will be going to their new homes soon. We hope you have enjoyed this journey with us. This is Lacie - 1st Born and will be staying with us.

Unfortunately with most large litters some babies don't make it. We had two that we could not resuscitate at birth(Girl 9 and Boy 10) and we lost Girl 11 Tuppa at day 5. All precious babies who Lotte loved and we will remember always.
